How to start an overseas trip

Back in 2004 when we were living in the US we encountered an amazing store - Krispy Kreme Donuts. Australia did not have these stores in those days so we were total newbies to the Krispy Kreme concept.
Next to the hotel we are staying in before our flight tomorrow there is a Krispy Kreme within sight. So we stopped and the experience was just the same as 12 years ago. Very friendly staff, the whole donut making process in full display and eager assistants ready to trap unsuspecting watchers with free samples.
Fresh hot iced donuts are pretty amazing.
They also make a great dessert before what promises to be a long day of travelling.
