DSL/Broadband arrived in our little village a few months ago. When we returned to our home we only had dial up and one phone line. This was a huge change after living with DSL in the US. Whenever we wanted to go online and check email and update the blog or research questions the phone line became busy. Also downloading files was quite painful.
Now we are back with great broadband allowing us to access the outside world with the speed to which we have become accustomed.
